Youth Training Workouts

Toddlers: Ages 2-5

Sundays
9:30am–10:15am
$60/four weeks

Watch as your little ones engage in fun activities, games, and exercises designed to enhance their motor skills, agility, and overall development. They'll be on their way to becoming the next generation of active superstars!


Kids: Ages 6-9

Saturdays
1:30pm2:15pm
$60/four weeks

Let your kids explore the exciting world of fitness through age-appropriate workouts, teamwork, and challenges. They'll build resilience, boost self-confidence, and forge lifelong friendships along the way.


Teens: Ages 10-14

Wednesdays

For our older athletes, we've created a program to unleash their full athletic potential. They'll gain strength, endurance, and mental toughness while learning the importance of discipline and setting goals.


Why choose our youth training programs?

Our programs, for youth, involve a thorough introduction to the fundamentals of body awareness and strength training. We incorporate age-appropriate movements and drills to develop coordination, agility, speed and explosiveness, and teamwork. The goal of these classes is to create a general foundation for strong physical fitness and provide a great way for youth athletes to prepare for any sport and to live a physically active life.
