About Coach

In my 20s, I was a competitive cyclist, racing in mountain biking, road cycling, and velodrome events. I was introduced to CrossFit in 2014, and it quickly became my new passion. As an Occupational Therapist, I blend my rehab knowledge with fitness expertise, focusing on body mechanics, lifting technique, and functional movement. Outside the gym, I love taking fitness into the outdoors — rock climbing, backpacking, kayaking, rollerblading, cycling, and cross-country skiing. Summers are spent camping with my husband Marty and our two boys, Rowan and Elias.

Turning Point

Discovering CrossFit in 2014 was a turning point in my athletic journey. After years of cycling, I was looking for a new challenge, and CrossFit’s combination of strength, conditioning, and skill development offered exactly that. It inspired me to transition from athlete to coach and share the benefits of functional fitness with others.

Motivation & Passion

As a long-time athlete turned coach, I’m passionate about helping others become the healthiest, strongest version of themselves. My goal is to guide members safely and effectively, while empowering them to achieve personal milestones and enjoy the journey of fitness.
