About Coach

By day, I’m a mom of three and a preschool teacher! I love being active, eating well, and spending time outdoors — whether it’s hiking or experimenting with healthy twists on classic recipes (because nutritious food should taste amazing too!). I started CrossFit in 2017, and it quickly became my favorite sport and community. Outside the gym, I also volunteer coach high school cheerleading in Morinville, which lets me share my love of movement and teamwork with the next generation.

Turning Point

When I first started CrossFit, I was looking for a way to challenge myself both physically and mentally. What I didn’t expect was how much it would transform my outlook on fitness and life. The confidence and strength I gained in the gym carried into every other area — from teaching to parenting to coaching.

Motivation & Passion

As a coach, my goal is to help people improve their quality of life — not just through performance gains, but by supporting them through all of life’s stages and challenges. Whether it’s recovering from an injury, navigating pregnancy, or working toward strength or weight loss goals, I’m passionate about meeting people where they’re at and helping them feel their best — strong, capable, and confident.
