CrossFit Level 2 Trainer
I’ve always been an active person, but for a long time I couldn’t find a style of training that was both challenging and diverse — until I discovered CrossFit about twelve years ago. Since then, it’s become a cornerstone in my life. After earning my first certification, I gained a deeper appreciation for the fundamentals of movement and how proper technique can unlock true progress. I’ve been coaching for the past five years, focusing on helping athletes move safely, efficiently, and with purpose.
Getting my first CrossFit certification was a major turning point. It shifted my mindset from simply working out to truly understanding how strength, mobility, and conditioning all fit together. That knowledge changed how I train and coach — emphasizing patience, consistency, and the small details that lead to long-term success.
