CrossFit Level 1
My CrossFit journey began in 2012. I was immediately drawn to the community atmosphere and the friendly competition between athletes. I love pushing myself in the gym and strive to be a well-rounded athlete. CrossFit showed me a way to stay active and healthy through all seasons of life. Away from the gym, I’m a mom of one and a dog mom of two. When I’m not chasing them around, you can usually find me hiking in the mountains, exploring new trails.
Finding CrossFit in 2012 was a pivotal moment in my fitness journey. The combination of strength, conditioning, and skill development, paired with a supportive community, made me realize that I had found a sustainable way to stay fit for life. It’s what inspired me to transition from participant to coach.
As a coach, I love witnessing athletes improve and gain confidence, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. Helping members reach goals, push boundaries, and enjoy the process is one of my favorite parts of coaching.
