I was introduced to CrossFit thirteen years ago as a seventeen-year-old, and it truly shaped my path in life more than I could have ever imagined! I started coaching at my very first CrossFit gym almost ten years ago, and since then I’ve worked in the fitness industry as an affiliate owner, personal trainer, group fitness coach, and nutrition coach. Outside of the gym, I love spending time with my partner Shan and our fur baby Nova, working out in classes, studying for a future career in firefighting, and enjoying the outdoors — whether by the water or in the mountains.
Discovering CrossFit as a teenager was a life-changing moment. It gave me direction, a sense of purpose, and a community that inspired me to push myself further than I ever thought possible. Coaching shortly after was a natural next step, allowing me to share the tools and knowledge that had such a meaningful impact on my own life.
I’m passionate about coaching and consider it a privilege to be part of someone’s journey toward better health and fitness — it truly is the best job in the world! My focus is on helping members achieve their goals safely and effectively, while fostering confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of movement.
